STARKVILLE, MS | 2016 Chevrolet EquinoxMay 8, 2023I left my vehicle to be repaired, it was a replacement from a bad part that was put in a few months earlier. They never called to let me know the part had come in or schedule a date to bring it. I called in several occasions and they still put me off say it will be 2 more week before they could get me in. I had to get a little angry for them to make things happen and for me to bring it 2 days later. I hope it fixed this time but I do believe it’s a defect!!Response from Carl Hogan Chevrolet GMC
